What are your nameservers? Our default nameservers for all domains on our servers are ns1.beeserve.com and ns2.beeserve.com

What server is my account on? You can find out what server your account is on by going to the command prompt on your computer and typing "telnet yourdomain.com 25"

Where are your servers located? We colocate all of our servers to a London Docklands based datacenter in Stratford.

What uplink speeds do you employ? All of our servers are connected to 100Mbps uplinks for maximum throughput.

What FTP client shall I use? Many individuals have the misconception that you need to download an FTP client to upload files, however most operating systems have FTP support enabled in their browsers. For Windows systems you may FTP in by going to "My network places", add a new network place and use "ftp://mydomain.com" to connect. On Linux based systems simply open a browser i.e Konquerer and type "ftp://mydomain.com", this will prompt you for your username and password.

What's allowed and what is prohibited on your servers? IRC is strictly forbidden on our network, as is any type of warez or content that you don't own the rights to or have no rights to use.

Do you allow adult content? We allow legal adult content on our servers, the content must be legal under UK law otherwise you risk account suspension.
